Managing Director
John Selorm Atigodey is currently the Managing Director for Dataking Consulting. He holds a BSc Management Studies Education degree with First Class Honours. He has experience in training and capacity building within the education sector. John has strong project management skills and supports the team at Dataking Research Lab in successfully executing projects. He is also a technology enthusiast and interested in research on sustainable development goals (SDGs). He provides strategy leadership to the work of the organisation.

Senan Charlie Carine Bonou
Anglo-Franco Partnership Lead
Charlie is an Economic and Finance Consultant with Dataking Research Lab. She is pursuing a Master’s degree in Economics at the Management and Economic Sciences Faculty of Benin National University (UAC). She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Administration (Banking and Finance option) from the University of Ghana Business School. She is bilingual (French and English) and her research interests are in economics, finance and accounting issues in Africa. Her most recent article is on climate finance and the African Continental Free Trade Area.

Wise is a certified medical laboratory scientist and holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science. He is currently the research manager for the Lab supporting data generation, analysis and overall research activities. Previously, he worked as the knowledge manager supporting knowledge retention in the Lab and recently as the health informatics lead. He also had previous work experiences at the 37 Military Hospital, Korlebu-Teaching Hospital, and Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research, and the University of Ghana Health Services. His previous research explored Red Cell Distribution Width and Platelet Distribution Width levels among children with hematological malignancies. Wise has also developed a recent policy article on the theme of sanitation and climate science as well as a journal working paper on biodiversity in Africa.

Economic Research Lead
Stephen is an Economic Consultant with Dataking Consulting. He has a broad research acumen in economic development policy and consultancy. He is the Team Lead for the Extractives and Energy Department of The Vaultz Magazine, Africa's premier Business Magazine. He has research interest in areas of climate change, renewable energy, petroleum and mining, including other research areas. He has worked on top-notch research works and analysis, including the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war and its impact on African economies. Stephen holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Economics and a BA in Economics and Statistics from the University of Ghana.

Caleb Jérémie Dohou is an honorary advisor for Dataking Research Lab of Dataking Consulting. He has 10+ years in research and policy analysis. Caleb has worked on World Bank Group Projects as a field expert in Congo. He has also held research positions with the African School of Economics in Benin, the Institute for Economic Research in Political Economy in Benin, and Innovations for Poverty Action in Ghana, among others. He has led various field data collections and consulted for various organisations as a research expert. Caleb has expertise in survey design, impact evaluation, applied econometrics, machine learning, causal inference and market design. Some of his recent publications appeared in leading international journals like BMJ Global Health, and Tropical Medicine & International Health.

Divine is Finance Manager with the Mentorship support team. He has worked as a finance and economic analyst on some private research projects on the banking sector of Ghana and the extractives sector of Africa. He was a data analyst for a Plan International consultancy project. His interests are in transdisciplinary research in accounting, finance, and economics. He aims to explore the role of technology in the financial market and runs a media project, DeLite TV during his spare time. His article has appeared in the Journal of Economic and Administrative Sciences. He has completed a BSc in Administration (accounting) and a student member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Bless is the Program Manager with Dataking Consulting. She holds a BSc in Physics and has worked within the financial services industry. She has gained experience working as a student leader and volunteering with non-government organizations. Bless has worked as a sales executive, and has interned with the Energy Department of Tex Styles Ghana Limited (GTP, Ghana). She was a technology intern with Bright Network a UK-based institution. Her interests are in transdisciplinary research in fields related to the physical sciences. She also aims to implement her technological skills to solve problems in the physical sciences.

Gender and Social Inclusion Lead
Grace Kathure Mugo is a consultant and sociologist with Dataking Consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work (First Class Honours) and a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. She possesses over eight years’ research experience accumulated from her continuous involvement in both qualitative and quantitative research studies in Kenya and East Africa region. She has consulted for various donor financed projects as a Gender and Community Development Expert. She has thus been engaged in various studies such as baseline studies, midterm reviews, impact assessment studies and programme completion review studies (PCR) majorly for International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) financed projects. Grace has also worked as a Social Impact Assessment and Audit Officer for Earthview GeoConsultants Ltd, a consultancy firm contracted by Tullow Oil and Africa Oil in Kenya to conduct Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs). Her research areas of interest include; research methodology, community health, gender and development, natural resource management, population studies and demography as well as monitoring and evaluation. She is currently working as a full time consultant. Prior to her joining full time consultancy, she served as a Senior Gender Officer with the Ministry of Public Service and Gender in Kenya where she spearheaded gender mainstreaming activities at the county (district) level. Currently, she is pursuing a doctorate degree in population studies at the Regional Institute for Population Studies (RIPS), University of Ghana.

Crystal Bubune Letsa is training as a population scientist. She has a master’s degree in Statistics (University of Ghana) and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics (University of Cape Coast). An interdisciplinary researcher interested in climate change, land use, maternal health, food security and food safety issues.

King Carl Tornam Duho is currently a Youth Fellow with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and an economist. A Chartered accountant in Ghana and a member of global bodies, CIMA and ACCA. He is a multiple award winner and research expert with over 10 years of experience working within academia, business and public policy. An ex-UN intern, he has consulted for UNICEF, GIZ, the Royal Netherlands Embassy, African Economic Research Consortium (AERC), Development Reimagined, Plan International and INASP. He volunteered for UN SDSN Youth and Global Citizen Year Academy. King has written extensively on the financial services sector, the cocoa sector, the extractives industry, the stock market, climate change and other wider economic issues. He has presented research at more than 30 academic and public policy conferences in Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. King has authored more than 40 research works and his research appeared in more than 20 peer-reviewed journals ranked by CABS/ABDC including the Journal of Financial Crime, International Journal of Managerial Finance, and Journal of Economic Studies, among others. King holds a BSc. Administration (Accounting) First Class Honours and Master of Philosophy in Accounting (and Finance).

Philip is a consultant with the Dataking Research Lab and was formerly the research manager with the Mentorship support team. He has worked as a research assistant at the University of Ghana Business School and within the financial services sector. He is also part of the SAP® Young Professionals Programme. He is currently exploring issues in the banking sector, microfinance sector, the stock markets, and the financial system of the pro-poor. His recent article has been published in the International Journal of Learning and Intellectual Capital. He holds BSc in Administration (accounting option) and is part-qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). He is currently completing a Master of Philosophy in Finance degree at the University of Ghana Business School.

Vincent is the Partnerships and Business Development Manager with the Mentorship support team. He holds a BA in Economics and Religion. His interests are in transdisciplinary research in public finance, financial and monetary economics, econometrics, as well as, environmental and natural resource economics, climate change, and sustainable development. He has worked within the public sector space on public finance and supported consultancy projects. He worked as the University of Ghana chapter coordinator for the Green African Youth Organization Eco-club, resolving issues in the circular economy, renewable energy, and disaster risk reduction, as well as, empowering the youth towards climate adaptation.

Erzuah is a public policy consultant with Dataking Consulting. He has extensive experience in development research work, policy consultancy, and advocacy. He was Ghana’s delegate at the 60th Session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women, New York. He has delivered research and consultancy projects for organizations that include Plan International Ghana and IMANI Africa. Before entering into full-time consulting, Erzuah worked with the Ministry of Gender of Children and Social Protection as well as the Human Rights Advocacy Centre in promoting social policy development and providing programmatic oversight for research and development portfolio. He holds a BSc in Psychology and an MPhil in Public Administration. He is currently with Florida International University, USA.

Dr. Zechariah Langnel is the research manager for Dataking Research Lab of Dataking Consulting. He holds a PhD in Development Administration from the Graduate School of Public Administration, National Institute of Development Administration, Bangkok, Thailand. His research interests include; governance, organizational analysis and management, smart cities and society, development policy, and political economy.

She is currently a Mastercard Scholar student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). She also interned with Makana ASP Group Limited where she was an editor and a blogger for the company. She attended UN SDSN on behalf of Dataking Consulting.

Rhoda Ladjer Akuaku is currently a Fellow of the Aspire Institute, a programme founded at Harvard University. She is an education policy enthusiast and the program manager at the Dataking Research Lab of Dataking Consulting. Her interest is in the impact of education on critical international development issues like climate change, gender and social protection, sustainable development and youth development among others. She co-authored a policy paper titled, “Synergy or Silo? Climate Literacy and Financial Literacy in the Global South”. Rhoda has worked with educational institutions as an English Teacher and also provides editorial support for businesses. She is an SDG & Climate Education Advocate with the VIT Centre for TVET Policy and Education. Rhoda is the Secretary of the AuthorAID Ghana Hub and the Business and Economic Policy House. She interned as a consultant with Bright Network, a UK-based institution.
